CANINE VACCINES

CORE VACCINES

Core vaccinations are generally recommended for all pets. Your pet's veterinarian will make specific recommendations for vaccines based on your pet's health.


DA2PP

Protects against Canine Distemper Virus, Canine Adenovirus types 1 & 2, Canine Parainfluenza Virus, & Canine Parvovirus.


RABIES

Initial dose is good for 1 year. Then boosters every 3 years thereafter.


BORDETELLA

Initial dose is good for 1 year. Then boosters every 1 year thereafter.


NON-CORE VACCINES

Some dogs are more at risk for exposure to additional diseases and may benefit from additional vaccinations. Dogs that are social or join play groups, are boarded or go to doggie daycare, or who frequent areas with exposure to wildlife should consider the non-core vaccines listed below.


CANINE INFLUENZA

2 doses are administer 4 weeks apart. Then boosters every 1 year thereafter.


LEPTOSPIROSIS

2 doses are administer 4 weeks apart. Then boosters every 1 year thereafter.

FELINE VACCINES

FVRCP-CHLAMYDIA

Protects against Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and Panleukopenia. Starting at 12 weeks of age, with first booster after 4 weeks.


RABIES

Initial vaccine is good for 1 year. Boosters are good for 3 years.


NON-CORE VACCINES

Discuss with your pet's veterinarian if this vaccine is right for your pet.


FELV*

2 doses are administered 4 weeks apart. Then boosters every 1 year thereafter. *FeLV/ FIV test required.
